If you are not currently working with an agent, this is where you can take advantage of the Traditions Team’s years of onsite expertise as your representative. Using one of our Community Consultants, with their intimate knowledge of the workings of Traditions, can give you access to all of the community listings and the advantage in any real estate negotiation.  

 New homes for sale in Traditions can come up everyday as others get sold. As the onsite agents we get the fastest and most up to date information on Traditions and are in constant contact with sellers, HOA and other real estate agents to ensure you see all the newest listings right away. Often, our clients can put in offers with little or no competition and walk away with an impressive deal on the home of their choice. We also make a point of showing you only the homes that meet your needs so that you do not spend time on listings that are not of interest.

From Atlanta
Take I-85 North to exit 129. Turn right on Hwy 53 and go ¼ mile. Turn Left onto Hwy 124 and go approximately five miles, through the four way stop, and the community entrance is on the right - look for the Traditions Water Tower! Once inside the community, visit us at the Sales and Information Center on your right just past the golf complex.
 
From Athens
Take Jefferson Hwy (Hwy129) out of Athens. Turn left on Hwy 11 in Jefferson. Turn right on Hwy 124 and follow about 5 miles. The community entrance will be on your left - look for the Traditions Water Tower! Once inside the community, visit us at the Sales and Information Center on the right just past the golf complex.
 
From Monroe/Winder
Take Hwy 11 out of Monroe and follow through Winder. Turn left on Gum Springs Church Rd. and follow until it ends. Turn left on Hwy 124. The community entrance is just ahead on the left – look for the Traditions Water Tower! Once inside the community, visit us at the Sales and Information Center on your right just past the golf complex.

We were faced with the difficult situation to find a new home quickly due to the sale of our former home.  We had looked at several subdivisions before but just weren’t able to find a subdivision that had all the amenities plus the style and size of house we wanted, until we checked out Traditions.  When we contacted the agents at Traditions and let them know we were interested in putting an offer on the house but needed to be able to close and be in it within a month they were extremely helpful in getting the ball rolling quickly.  They immediately sat down with us and went over all the items that we wished to have completed and helped us make an offer on the house.  Not only did they go above and beyond to protect us on the purchase of our new home but Chris actively helped us make sure our former home closed on schedule more than our Listing Agent did!!!   Throughout the process Chris stayed on top of the builder/bank making sure all the items were completed in time since we were under such a tight deadline, and constantly communicated to us the status of each item.  The help they provided extended to recommendations on several mortgage brokers to get the best possible rate, to heling with the home inspection, to advising us on items we needed to stay on top of with the sale of our own home to ensure both closing would go smoothly.   In the end, the month went quickly and all the closings were able to happen as scheduled.  We are happy to now be settled in and enjoying our new home.  The community at Traditions is everything we were looking for.  Kid friendly and wonderful neighbors!  Thanks for helping us make the best decisions of our lives.
